I would be grateful to hear any thoughts from my friends and neighbors in Anderson Valley and beyond. Do you think the AVLT should have won the lawsuit? Should my family have filed a counter suit? Should all parties try to move forward in cooperation?

I’d love to hear from anyone else who has an easement, in AV or other areas with other Land Trusts. Should we have expected that this was what happens when you create a conservation easement on your property? Or is this situation specific to my family and the AVLT…
